At Holy Innocents' Primary School, CCAs are a vital part of every student's holistic education. It is a platform for students to discover interests, develop talents and build character beyond the walls of classroom.
Students from Primary 3 to Primary 6 are strongly encouraged to participate in an CCA his/her choice. Students are encouraged to continue the CCA till he/she leaves school. CCA for Primary 3 students is optional.
Objectives
Through Sports & Games, Visual & Performing Arts, Clubs & Societies and Uniformed Groups, our students develop essential 21st Century Competencies such as teamwork, resilience and leadership, complementing their academic growth and preparing them for the future. CCAs are more than just activities, they are opportunities for every child to shine, belong and flourish in a God-centred community.

CCA Schedule 2026
In general, CCA sessions will run from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. The respective CCA teachers-in-charge will inform you if there are any extensions in timing or additional sessions, particularly for school team members or those participating in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF)

Please note all Primary 6 students will stand down from CCAs at the end of Semester 1, unless their participants is required. In the event that students are required to attend any session, the teacher-in-charge will issue a letter to inform them.

As CCAs develops our students essential 21st Century Competencies such as teamwork, resilience and leadership, complementing their academic growth and preparing them for the future. CCAs are more than just activities, they are opportunities for every child to shine, belong and flourish in a God-centred community.
Our school offers 17 CCAs in the following 4 domains:

Visual and Performing Arts
All Primary 3 to 6 students are encouraged to participate in one CCA.
CCA attendance is compulsory. A written parent's letter or medical certificate is required for any absence. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in the same CCA throughout the year for their participation to be recognised in their holistic development report.
Students are encouraged to stay in a CCA.
