第三学段结束前，我校很荣幸地迎来文化、社区及青年部部长兼教育部第二部长梁振伟先生莅临本校，与我们共度了一段令人难忘的美好时光。

这一天，梁部长欣赏了一场由我校学生带来的一段生动的快板书表演，并在学校的"如承馆"参观了潮州文化展示。梁部长也亲身尝试了快板，与我们的围棋机器人对弈，还体验了沉浸式茶艺课。此外，梁部长也了解了我们最新的虚拟现实技术游戏，感受了我校教育未来的无限可能。

当天的其中一个亮点之一，是梁部长为我们全新的沉浸式学习实验室主持开幕仪式。这个创新空间打破了传统课堂的界限，将多感官沉浸式技术与教师们精心策划的学习体验巧妙融合。学生们得以置身于生动的互动情境之中，让抽象复杂的学习概念变得触手可及、鲜活而真实。梁部长也亲笔写下对守护环境的个人承诺。他的寄语将成为激励学生们不断前行的力量，引领他们用心守护我们的绿色家园。🌟

最后，梁部长也与我校教职人员进行了一场温馨的交流。这是一次难得而宝贵的分享与反思的机会。💛

A Day of Heritage, Innovation & Possibilities at HIPS!

Before the term ended, we were deeply honoured to welcome Mr David Neo, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Education, to Holy Innocents' Primary School for a truly memorable visit.

The day was a vibrant journey through culture, innovation, and learning. We shared with Minister Neo a lively Kuaibanshu recital and Teochew cultural exhibits in our Heritage Room. Minister Neo tried his hand at Kuaiban and Weiqi, and enjoyed an immersive tea art experience. Minister Neo also experienced our latest 3D Meta Virtual Reality initiative, offering a glimpse into the exciting future of education at HIPS.

One of the highlight of the visit was the official launch of our brand-new Immersive Learning Lab. Designed to take learning beyond the classroom, this learning space combines multi-sensory immersive technology with school-curated experiences developed by our teachers. Students can now step directly into interactive scenarios that make complex concepts tangible, exciting, and truly come alive.

A deeply meaningful moment came when Minister Neo penned his personal commitment on our Sustainability Wall — a heartfelt pledge towards caring for our environment. His words will serve as a source of inspiration for our students as they grow into active, caring contributors to a greener tomorrow.

Our students and Little Journalists also had the opportunity to engage Minister Neo in thoughtful conversations about their teachers and learning.

The visit concluded with warm and meaningful conversations between Minister Neo and our staff — a wonderful opportunity to connect, share, and reflect. 🌟
